I would say, continue fighting, you can do it, anything that you set your mind to and want you should manifest it and you will accomplish it. Life will hit you with things to try to stop you from your tracks, but this is the moment where you can show the universe if you deserve it and show if you really want it. Things will not come easy, dreams, ideas, and goals have to be met by doing and working for it, just because you are challenged with a situation it does not mean you need to give up, keep striving and good things will come.
Aleena Gillani: Travel/Lifestyle Enthusiast & Anesthetist
Perseverance. Believing that you are good enough and deserving of your success, often coincides with your mindset. Your mind is the most powerful tool in your box. If your mind can conceive your success, then your heart will believe in your success, and you will finally be able to achieve your goals with the perfect execution. Mindset dictates the perseverance, tenacity, and determination that you need, in order to jump through the hoops and hurdles life brings along the way.
Life is full of challenges, but adversity can only be overcome when you allow yourself to free your mind of it’s doubts and limitations. When you master your mindset, you empower yourself to turn your weaknesses into your strengths! This warrior mindset will equip you to develop a mental toughness, that will give you strength in times of difficulty and the endurance to persevere when faced with adversity. When you change your mindset, you have the ability to change your whole world.

My advice to someone facing a challenge or a very challenging time in their life is to take a step back. I think that often times we are so focused on what is directly in front of us, that we forget to appreciate what is around us. There will always be difficult things in our lives, but there is always something to be proud or grateful for too! Taking a step back or away from the challenge could not only give you the chance to remember all the positives, but could also clear your head and give you a new perspective on how to meet your challenges head on.
Erica Joi | Brand : Fit Goddess | Transformation Trainer
The best advice I would give someone facing a insurmountable challenge is, there’s never a problem without a solution, just keep faith, stay strong, stay positive, and figure out how to overcome it. And if that doesn’t work give it to God and let it go. Whatever is meant is meant, and even when it might be bad to you, it was meant for something better to come in it’s place.
Allison Jeffers– Award-winning Wedding Photographer
Nothing is impossible. If it feels insurmountable right now, take a step back and try to look at the whole picture. What steps can you take right now to get you closer to that impossible goal?
Mary Kaufman, Creative Director
If it’s not going to matter in 24 hours let it go. If it is, face it head on.
Bethany Buchanan – Life & Style Blogger
Take it one step at a time & utilize the people around you (loved ones, mentors, etc) to talk through it and help you conquer the challenge. If you feel overwhelmed and like you can’t overcome the situation alone, lean on your family, friends, and network. It’s ok to ask for help, but you are also strong enough to make it!
Kunbi Idowu – private chef & caterer
Every challenge in life is like a storm; however strong the challenge may be, it will blow over. Hang on, be strong and courageous, this storm will soon blow over. Above all, turn to God for succour, he will straighten and see you through.

What’s the best advice you have for someone who is facing a challenge they feel is insurmountable?
Almost any challenge can be broken down into smaller tasks that don’t feel insurmountable. Doing this will help prevent you from feeling overwhelmed and will also help you figure out the best plan of attack to accomplish your goal!

My best advice is to stay clam and remember to surround yourself with loved one & things, then be brave enough to face the challenge. Because challenge are what made life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. We need challenges in our life to make us stronger . Anything is possible!
Monique Anderson- Blogger, Mom, Teacher and Wife
Never give up on yourself, be strong, and stay focused on your dreams and goals. We all get tested in life by the challenges we face, so don’t let that stop you from reaching your goals. Trust in yourself and your desire to succeed.
Mae Renee – Model & Actress
The best advice I can give to someone who is facing a challenge they feel is insurmountable is this. It will be okay. No matter what it is, no matter how difficult and daunting a task may seem, it will be okay. Just take a deep breath, say a little pray and take your challenge head on! Stepping out of your comfort zone is scary, but believe me doll, I can tell you nothing grows from there 😉
Faith Hill-blogger, style influencer
My best advice for someone who is facing a challenge when they feel insurmountable is to just face the challenge head on! Have a positive attitude which can sometimes be very hard. Try to learn something from the challenge so you won’t have to face it again. And remember “this too shall pass” .
My advise would be “Never give up your dream and always believe in yourself.”
DeAndrea Douglas – clean beauty + healthy lifestyle vlogger
Anything is possible if you break it down in to manageable parts. It can be overwhelming if you take in nothing but the big picture all the time, so if you focus on just the next step you need to take or hurdle you need to jump instead it won’t feel so big.
Ruthie Zamudio – Event Planner/Realtor
My advice would be to don’t stress the things you cannot change, I pinky promise you, you will not get something you cannot handle, find your inner strenght! have faith in yourself, if you keep pushing eventually you will get there either sooner or later and it really doesn’t matter when, enjoy the ride, enjoy the failures, the problems and that way when you get to the top you will look back and say “it was not as bad as I thought at the moment”
Jazmyn Simmons- US Army Veteran & Content Creator
My advice for someone facing a challenge they feel is insurmountable would be to take a min and take a deep breathe. We go through life so fast and things move so quickly that you can’t actually think or breathe properly. Sit still and assess the situation. Write down the pros and cons to the situation and always have at least one person you can talk to out loud to process your thoughts. Some times just getting your thoughts out of your head and out loud you can find a solution you didn’t think was possible.
1.Don’t depend on other people to fix your own problem.
Change should always begin with you and you alone. Overcoming life’s challenges requires the same thing but with a little comforting thought: you’re the only person who can solve your own problems but expect to find strength in the most unexpected places.
2.. Try to consider a change in perspective.
What if the only thing that’s keeping your problems alive is your perspective? Most of the time, we over-worry and overthink about what’s bothering us – without realizing that just by thinking positive and keeping a more optimistic approach can make all the difference. Go on, try it.
Amy Wallner – Realtor and Leukemia and Lymphoma’s Society’s Woman of the Year 2019 Candidate
I have experienced many losses in my life. There is nothing that will bring you to your knees in despair like unexpectedly losing someone you love. I have found that my joy comes from my faith. When I realized that I am here for a short time, it is much easier to let go. There is very little that I have control over except how I react to situations. I try my hardest and with God’s help, I know that I can overcome any trial or challenge.
Marisela Segovia- Chef

Genesis Hurst- Wedding Planner & Owner of Dreamy Details Events
If you’re facing what seems like an insurmountable challenge, take a deep breath and remind yourself who you are and how far you’ve come. Remind yourself of all the people who have supported you and will continue to support you. Remind yourself of all the times you could have quit, but you didn’t. Remind yourself of all the things that seemed impossible- until you did them. Then take another deep breath, and get going.
Alexandra Bruskoff & Natasha Parvizian, Mothers, Entrepreneurs
Don’t think about the end goal, but focus each day on taking small steps to get there. Along the way, knowledge is gained and priorities shift, by the end you may have achieved the goal without even realizing.
Tiffany Flakes-Parrott – Hair Stylist & Entrepreneur
The best advice I have someone who is facing a challenge they feel is insurmountable is to not give up and to pray and continue to have faith. I would also like them to know that you can do anything you set your mind to. With faith, determination, and hard work, the challenge will no longer be a challenge; it will be a victory.
Walk by faith, not by sight

Winning starts in your mind. You can’t win in life if you are defeated in your own mind. There is something inside of everyone that is greater than any obstacle we may face.
I believe through prayer and believing in yourself you can pave the way to overcome any challenge you feel is insurmountable.
