Conversations with the Inspiring Lindsey Rachel

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Rachel.

Lindsey, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
After giving birth to three beautiful children my life changed drastically. My focus and career shifted, and my body began almost unrecognizable when I stared in the mirror. My hips widened, I developed hyperpigmentation and countless stretch marks.

About a year ago, I made a conscious decision to celebrate and embrace my postpartum body. I began working out consistently, incorporating more natural foods in my diet, and doing more of what fulfills me.

The deep love that I have for my children has fueled my passions and challenge me to grow towards my dreams.

Has it been a smooth road?
It’s a struggle at times to truly feel balanced with working and motherhood, but it’s every day, persistent journey.

Although my work is primarily centered around social media, I find that it’s necessary for me to take breaks from the online world. I’ve realized that mothers aren’t highly represented in media and in the fashion industry, although we are the creative influence behind many businesses.

Perfection is unattainable, but you can be a full-time mother and pursue your dreams simultaneously.

What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of? What sets you apart from others?
I’m a creative in every aspect of the word. I’m an upcoming influencer, a writer at and @photosae, a product and lifestyle photographer, and a homeschool teacher. I use the platform that I have to promote body positivity and curves, motherhood, faith, and fitness. I feel extremely blessed to be able to include my little ones in each aspect of my life. I’m proud to know that I can exercise my creativity, as well as experience all that being a mommy has to offer.

For good reason, society often focuses more on the problems rather than the opportunities that exist, because the problems need to be solved. However, we’d probably also benefit from looking for and recognizing the opportunities that women are better positioned to capitalize on. Have you discovered such opportunities?
I believe in the power of womanhood, and creating businesses that empower and employ other women.
I love being able to work with women-owned businesses.

Women are capable of wearing many hats and taking on many roles. We possess the diligence and multitasking ability to accomplish anything that we set out to do.
