Meet Erin Stetzer of Stetzer Builders in Memorial Villages

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erin Stetzer.

Entrepreneurial business owner with a track record of success for over 17 years in the custom home construction market. Recognized as a person who creates loyal and transparent relationships with customers and colleagues that drive business performance. Adept at navigating unpredictable market conditions while remaining calm under pressure. Reputation for highly ethical, pragmatic, results-oriented business decisions that deliver on-budget projects and customer satisfaction – someone who does the right thing regardless of extrinsic pressure.

Launched a luxury, service-driven residential home construction firm in 2003 (Female owned) that specializes in high-end, residential new construction and renovation projects.
• Has grown by 800% since 2013
• Navigated the 2008 market downturn by creating a renovation division to expand into new market opportunities
• Successfully delivers projects ranging from $ 500,000 to $ 6,00,000 in the single-family residential markets.
• 100% of our projects by direct referrals by prior customers.

Note- their website has quick videos referencing- craftsmanship, the experience, budgets, client feedback-good for wording.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
2008 Financial Crisis- we started a residential remodeling in addition to new construction

We are attracted to highly technical, attention driven projects…so that is always a challenge

Please tell us about Stetzer Builders Inc.
We specialize in our attentiveness to our clients, attention to detail, practical practices, financial tracking and truly connecting with our Clients, Architects, designers, and Engineers. We are efficient in our understandings, findings, and execution.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would relax…understand that incremental progress takes time and doing and is absolutely necessary to serve our clients and teams extraordinary well.
