Autism Moms work tirelessly every day. Often running on limited sleep, they work alongside insurance companies, doctors, therapists, teachers, and school districts in order to provide their children on the spectrum with the best possible resources that will help their children succeed. Autism Moms Are Beautiful was created by Autism Moms to help and support other Autism Moms through the stresses and challenges that come with being an Autism Mom. Our goal is to provide a safe haven for all Autism Moms. Autism Moms Are Beautiful is here to assist with love, compassion, and understanding.
Has it been a smooth road?
As an Autism Mom, I was faced with the limited amount of sleep and my little one expressed herself with meltdowns and behaviors. I forced myself to work hard to decrease her behaviors. My daughter, Zeni’ Alyn is almost 10 years old and she is doing great in calming herself down and from this, my stress level has decreased
We’d love to hear more about your business.
I am the Founder and Executive Director of Autism Moms Are Beautiful and the Chief-in-Editor of AMAB Magazine. We provide love and support to Autism Moms. I am most proud to bring Autism Moms together to bond and build lasting friendships.
What sets us apart from other supportive organizations for autism is we support the moms to encourage them to be strong for their babies. Our organization believes in working with other organizations to promote awareness.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
My organization can work anywhere since Autism Spectrum Disorder is not limited to Houston, Texas. I recommend someone who is going into business to do their research and make the best decision for their company.
