Meet Tony Ndah of Atlantic Petroleum

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Ndah.

Atlantic Petroleum was founded after recognizing customers were not receiving long-term, value-based solutions to their energy needs. Tony’s strategic vision for creation of a direct path to success was easy to understand and shrewd . . . every day go above and beyond customer’s expectations!

In his dual roles of Director and Chief Executive Officer Tony was instrumental in the initial organic growth of Atlantic Petroleum three ways, through inception or start-up, the creation of partnerships, and consolidations. This trifecta expanded the company’s services to its customers and includes offerings of chemicals, lubricants, bulk fuels, transportation and associated services.

His friendly disposition and professional demeanor allowed for the showcasing of his business acumen when he guided Atlantic Petroleum to become an Energy distributor. He has worked in all phases of the business including sales, operations, and marketing.

A natural born leader, he provides 100% support to the Atlantic Petroleum team in their personal, academic and professional development. This is because valuing human capital is the way to drive positive change within an organization.

A pragmatically oriented sophisticated deal maker, Tony gives Atlantic Petroleum a competitive edge. As the result of leading with a no nonsense approach to managing human and fiscal resources, while examining ways to creatively innovate and finesse other business initiatives, Tony has created and nurtured the atmosphere for Atlantic Petroleum’s internal and external business affairs to evolve into a 21st century culture of quality and efficiency and a bellwether for organizational negotiations. Atlantic Petroleum has a gross revenue of $2,500,000 in 2015.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been an arduous journey given the capital intensiveness of the business. Along the way our initial struggles were finding beach head customers, managing limited cash flows, hiring new employees, growing revenues, avoiding customer-dependence, (diversifying our customer base became a priority in other to achieve our growth and stability goals.)

Atlantic Petroleum distributes branded, unbranded, top quality, competitively priced petroleum products, such as, gasoline and diesel. Our catalog of services and products includes, but is not limited to, a complete line of lubricants, oils, specialty chemicals, transportation, waste management and smart metering technology.

Our specialization is Integrated Petroleum Management. The transportation services complete our customer oriented Integration Petroleum Management solution package.

Atlantic petroleum focus on quality products and service results in a level of consistency for each customer experience which is never compromised. Service delivery is the linchpin of our business! We pride ourselves on creating a consistent positively optimized customer experience at every customer contact. Being empowered to provide cradle to the grave optimal quality product and service experiences for our customers is our mission of excellence!

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I did not go it alone. My employees were instrumental. My biggest teammate of all time is Donald, a savvy well-seasoned natural born leader, served his country 22 years as a decorated United States Marine in the United States Marine Corps. In his present capacity, he brought to the table professional, practical and commonsense knowledge which helps the organization continue to build strategic alliances within industry.
