I started braiding when I was seven years old. A few years past and I remembered doing my sisters hair, classmates; friends and family members throughout the years. I remember it was my junior year and I was willing to give up basketball to do cosmetology and my mother told me that I was not doing a trade and that I am going to college. I went to College on a Full Basketball Scholarship I attended The University of New Orleans(UNO) UNO was in the Sunbelt Conference Division 1. I graduated from UNO in 2009 double major in sociology and interdisciplinary studies. I pursued basketball for a while and worked in Spring ISD until they laid me off twice.
