Established in 2011. Minuteman Press Downtown’s personnel has 25+ years’ experience in the printing industry. We became one of the fastest growing printers in the Houston area, growing by more than 80% and 45% respectively in the second and third years of operation. Most of our success and notoriety was a direct result of our super-fast turnaround, commitment to efficiency by keeping up with the latest technology, dedication to working directly with community and charitable organizations, and a steadfast philosophy of putting our customers’ needs first. It seems like every company talks about the importance of customer service, but one of the lasting cornerstones of our business is the way our customers feel about doing business with us. Our dependability and reliability have become very renowned. Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The first year in business was a challenge. The struggle was there but it has been overcome with growth and success. Based on customer demands, one of the challenges now is producing the print jobs very quickly. We give credit to our committed staff who work diligently with attention to detail in order to complete every print job to be perfect and on time.
