Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Trbovich.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Stacey. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I always loved to bake and I made the Chocolate Chip Bombs for about 15 years before I decided to take the leap and start selling them. In December 2012, Stacey’s Sweets was born with only one flavor, no business plan and plenty of blind faith. Shortly after that, my customers started requesting more flavors of cookie bombs so I started playing mad scientist in the kitchen and here I am, six years later with 25 flavors of cookie bombs! Unless you know the brand, you don’t know what a “cookie bomb” is so I decided to come up with a definition: the magical place between cookie dough and a flat cookie that blows your mind. In the beginning, I would set up a folding table to sell bags of cookie bombs. That grew into a golf cart, wrapped in my branding, which eventually turned into my new beautiful Cookie Truck Blanche! Blanche is a mobile storefront so I’m able to grow the brand without the expense of brick and mortar. I’m very excited about this new chapter of building my cookie empire! My new website just went live and it’s better than ever. One of the wonderful things about Stacey’s Sweets is they ship beautifully so you can treat everyone all over the globe to the best cookies in the world!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The most important thing is to take your “failures” as re-directions and lessons that will help you get where you need to be. I’ve been told “no” countless times, so I go another direction and all of a sudden, boom a door opens. Trusting the journey and listening to my instincts are two very important lessons I’ve also learned. Neither of those is easy but as I listen to my instincts more and more, I’m more confident in my decisions and I seem to stay on the right path.

Stacey’s Sweets sells unique Cookie Bombs: the magical place between cookie dough and a flat cookie that blows your mind. My branding is so fun and captures my personality perfectly. Now that I have my cookie truck, Blanche, I can bring the cookie bombs to you and even do private events!
