Today we’d like to introduce you to JaNae Lyon.
JaNae, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
At the time, almost five years ago, I was struggling with a colicky baby who was not sleeping and recurring skin issues. I had a sweet friend tell me about Young Living essential oils and said, “why not!” Since then, I have experienced the most amazing emotional and physical healing and cannot help but share my passion for natural living with other women!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I would love to say it has been a smooth road, but where is the freedom and growth that comes from ease? Some struggles for me personally are getting out of my comfort zone and getting over what others think! Any time my team plateaus, I know it is because I have not been putting in enough time for personal growth. Once I dive into my personality and tendencies and my heart issues, we see a huge rise in sales! If you are just starting your journey, please know that we all have a purpose and are worthy of sharing our story, others will be blessed by you sharing!
Please tell us about Young Living.
I am most proud to represent my company, Young Living. I have never heard of a company that has the standards and passion that we do. The decades of research and millions of dollars YL puts into ensuring its oils and wellness products are top of the line is incredible. You can learn more about that at www.seadtoseal.com. As far as what my day to day looks like, all I can say is whatever I want it to! I teach wellness classes in person and online, I spend a lot of time interacting with my team members and encouraging my business builders, and our team Facebook group has over 5,000 families so that consists of a lot of my time by following up with team members and keeping up with resources provided by many of our members.
Who have you been inspired by?
My mentor (outside of my business) and several bible teachers I have had over the years have inspired me the most. They have all encouraged me to follow Jesus wholeheartedly and this has spread into my personal and work life vibrantly. Loving Him has allowed me to love my family, my community, and my team well.
