So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Started a floor cleaning service company as an investment a side job since I was laid off from my most recent job. Started cleaning carpets, tile, grout lines, couches, air vents and shortly after customers would refer their friends and family to me and would go clean their houses too. We are still in the growing stages, it has been exciting and know it will continue to be exciting. We have a team that truly cares about customer service and quality work.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve noticed that there always obstacles and challenges. I guess it comes down to how one reacts or responds to certain scenarios. There have been challenges where you have people stealing, to mechanical issues. You just have to look at the positive, cut out the negativity and keep moving forward.

Trinity Steam Cleaning, LLC is a professional commercial and residential floor cleaning service company that specializes in Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Stretching and Repairs, Tile and Grout Line Cleaning, Upholstery and Fine Rug Cleaning, and Natural Stone Care. We are mostly known for Carpet Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning and Natural Stone Care.
We are most proud of our customer service. If our customers are happy we are happy.
What sets us apart from others is our consistency, we have really good traction going on with our level of customer service and quality work.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
One of the proudest moment has been when a customer called us to fix a competitor’s mistake. When someone trusts you enough to come clean and fix something that someone else did. Really exemplifies that we are not considered just some cleaning company but that we are Trinity Steam Cleaning, LLC a company that not only gets the job done right but that can be trusted too!
