Today we’d like to introduce you to Norma and Daniel Kelley.
Norma came to the US in 1995 after the 12 year war in El Salvador which resulted in little to no economic opportunities for its population. Norma and Daniel met in 1998 and were married in 1999. They are raising 6 children together and have lived in the Sugar Land area since they were married (Daniel is a Native Houstonian).
Daniel worked as a contractor with the US Army Corp of Engineers in Iraq from 2004 until 2011, then transitioned to the Oilfields of South Texas. When the Oil Industry took a hit in Texas, Daniel worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 2014 until 2016, Tired of globetrotting to make a living, Daniel and Norma decided to work for themselves.
Norma’s Cleaning has been open for business since March, 2016 and is looking forward to growing our commercial customer base by providing competitive pricing and great cleaning services to local businesses.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Marketing our business has been a learning experience. With so many online choices, it is hard to find the best fit for where we see our business going. It’s a good thing our cleaning staff perform so wonderfully on a regular basis; repeat business has taken some of the marketing cost away.

We are a locally owned family business who strives to provide excellent service for a fair and affordable price. Our company structure allows for very low overhead, enabling us to eliminate hidden charges and pass the savings directly to our customer. The advantage of being a small, locally owned business is we know we are servicing our friends and neighbors homes and businesses- and we treat our customers as such!
