Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanequae Pride.

Tanequae, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Real Estate has always been a passion of mine since I graduated from high school. While I was in undergrad, I took Real Estate classes which led to me interning for a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage during this time.

After graduating from the University of Houston, I worked in a marketing/sales role for an energy company in their Multifamily division in. Fast-forward to two years ago, I decided to get my license and started out working for a builder for about a year. During this time, I realized I was enjoyed working with Distressed property owners and helping save them from foreclosure. Now, I primarily work with investors and focus on helping people save their homes from going into foreclosure.

Has it been a smooth road?
As with any profession, you definitely have your ups and downs, but I have been lucky enough to have had some amazing mentors in Real Estate from the start of my career who have helped guide me in the right direction. One of the most important things I have learned along this journey is to implement systems, figure out what works for you, become a pro at it and stick to it!

Tell us more about the business.
I specialize in Distressed properties, working with investors, new construction homes, luxury leases and working with home buyers. I believe that what sets me apart from others is my dedication and commitment to go above and beyond to provide the best service for my clients. Rather I am helping prevent foreclosure on a home or working with first time home buyers, in order to make sure my client remains stress-free throughout the process I recognize that it requires leadership, skill, tenacity, dedication, and patience.
