Tatyana, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I was a sophomore in college when I actually started to look more into starting a business. I told my mom and she told me, “honey go after your dreams”! I began to look at sunglasses because who doesn’t need sunglasses in Texas! I did good for a couple of weeks selling sunglasses here and there but then I stopped. College was getting intense and I gave up on it.
As the year past by I became inconsistent. Fast forward to last year, I set a few goals to succeed in the year of 2019 in reference of my business. An opportunity came my way to be a vendor at a pop up shop for the Boss Life Management. After attending that event I learned new information that made me realize I needed to get myself together if I really wanted to be a successful businesswoman! I started networking, building my customer based, becoming consistent and expanding. Today I have built my website , connected with different people and showing progress of a successful woman. I’m not exactly where I want to be but I am extremely grateful for how far I have come .
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. They’re a lot of bad days when running a business and some good days. Some of the struggles I have encountered is being consistent. Consistency is the main key of running a business. I lack in having the proper knowledge on how to maintain financial resources.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Inhale Fashion Boutique – what should we know?
Inhale Fashion is an online boutique, trendy sunglasses, and apparel such as dresses, shirts, jeans, tights are sold. We are mainly known for sunglasses but would like to move our focus on apparel. I’m proud to say my company is steady progressing each day. I can say this year business has shown growth which puts a checkmark on one of my goals. I have so many ideas I want to accomplish. I am a very open-minded person and always thinking of new ways to improve the company. I believe what set me apart from others is my passion for entrepreneurship and also wanting to help others like myself. I love to gain more knowledge and the experience of being an entrepreneur. I love seeing beautiful ladies and gentlemen wearing my merchandise and the reaction they get once they see themselves.

My mom, of course, was a big supporter of my business, when I told her she was excited and open to ideas for my business. My cousin, owner of our family business, was very supportive of the idea of me starting a business. I explained to him what I wanted to do and he helped me in tremendously ways. By giving me opportunities to put myself out there and expand my company. Without them two, I wouldn’t be where I am today. They both gave me hope and encouragement to continue to strive for greatness.
