Today we’d like to introduce you to Cedric Antwine.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
All my life I’ve been playing sports and always be interested in training on how to get faster stronger anything that will help me get better at my sport so once I went to college I wanted to find a field that will help me learn more on how to do those things and be able to help other athletes whether young or old reach their full potential to get better at a certain sport. I graduated from Lamar University May 2019 with an exercise science and fitness management degree since then, I became a certified performance coach and I’ve been training since 2018.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
So far, it’s been a smooth road. I can say the only challenge right now is continue to learn the business and find ways to grow in the business.

We specialize in sports performance we help all athletes from a young age to professional athletes get faster stronger more explosive more agile anything that will help them be better at their certain sport. The thing that I’m most proud of and what really sets us apart from other companies is the amount of scientific research that takes place to make sure that we’re offering the best training possible.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I can say I’ve always been a quiet kid I’m still very quiet to this day but I was always laid back and went with the flow. Of course, growing up I was always interested in sports basketball was my favorite sport it that quickly changed to football and loved the game ever since then. I’ve always liked to draw and still do from time to time.
