Today we’d like to introduce you to Krystal Gonzalez.
Krystal, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Five years ago, I gave birth to my son who was born with special needs and I had to walk away from my 9-5, that I absolutely loved to become his full-time caregiver. In that time, I’ve played with many ideas like lashes, raffles, flower arrangements, babysitting, private bus service to name a few in order to regain my independence while still caring for my littles. Out of everything I’ve tried, balloons have had the most response and I’m enjoying working with them!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is ever ‘smooth’ or easy when it comes to me. Between managing my home, children and events it’s always chaotic! But I wouldn’t change any of it because that means I’m busy, and I’m thankful for that. I thrive under those circumstances!
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about BalloonPosh – what should we know?
BalloonPosh is a service that provides balloon decor for any occasion! From custom arches to organic balloon garlands and walls we can give your event the ‘POP’ it needs to stand out! I’m extremely proud of how much I’ve been able to accomplish in such little time and am so thankful for my clients and their trust so early on. One thing about me is I aim for perfection! I will not leave until myself and my client is 100% satisfied and in love!
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
In order to be successful in anything, I feel you have to be motivated and driven but my ‘reasons’ why is what really fuels me. My kids & family are why I do what I do which is why failure for me has never been an option. I have always strived to be the best at any and everything I do. My hunger has no limits and that keeps me going. I continue to make small goals within my company and I cross them out only to add another. The sky is the limit.
