Hannah, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Turnkey Visuals began because I am a lover of photography and videography. In this day and age, digital marketing is everything. I have a genuine passion for homes and architecture, and I wanted an outlet to showcase this passion. A few years back, I began Turnkey Visuals’ sister company—Vine and Branches Productions—which deals solely with wedding videography. The success I had with this business is what inspired me to combine my photography and videography skills with my love for homes. I launched Turnkey Visuals in May2019 by compiling a very strong portfolio and reaching out to the people I wanted to work with by viewing their inventory and builds. My eye for photography and videography has provided me with the opportunity to work alongside a multitude of amazing realtors, home builders, pool companies, interior designers, and stagers. In taking a leap of faith in pursuing my passions with persistence, despite not possessing a strong network of connections when Turnkey Visuals was initially launched, has allowed me to achieve what I have today.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Pursuing a passion is not an easy task at all; however, in order to succeed you must be determined that whatever you are doing will not fail. The success of my business is due, in large part, to the positive and resolute mindset that drives me. I found a need in a vast and ever-changing market, knowing that the passion I was pursuing would create value for my clients while benefiting their businesses. I want to encourage and promote the success of others, so when it comes to the realtors, home builders, and home pros who I work beside, I knew that the online marketing content I created for them would have to be unparalleled. The key to achieving success is to find a need that you are passionate about and find the best way to fill it.

The goal of Turnkey Visuals is all in the name. I want to serve as a turnkey resource for my clients, providing quick and unrivalled services to the businesses and individuals who entrust me with capturing their properties. I provide high- quality home photography as well as luxury cinematic videography while prioritizing customer service. I believe that my clients deserve a very personal experience, so guarantee that I am always one call or text away should any concern arise. I am Turnkey Visuals’ only photographer and videographer, so my clients always know exactly who is dealing with their properties. My prices are very reasonable, and I offer a one-day turnaround for almost every service that I offer. My goal is to help my clients succeed by providing them with the best marketing materials available.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I believe that we create our own luck through confidence and determination. When I set out to begin this business, I was confident that Turnkey Visuals would be successful. Some may consider me “lucky” for having such amazing clients, but I established these connections by actively reaching out in faith to the people that I wanted to work with. I guaranteed quality work, and when these clients gave me the opportunity to create media for them, I delivered on my promises. In fostering relationships with my clients and consistently delivering on my promises, I have been able to secure customer loyalty. I believe in creating my own luck both in my business and in the rest of my life.
