So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My grandmother was my first Head Chef starting me on onions and peppers and graduating to watching the food and stirring the pots and graduating to boxed cakes. She didn’t know she was planting the seed for my culinary passion in her bright green corner kitchen with yellow roses and lemon trees outside the window. Once I got the nerve to follow my passion, I was hired for a busser, then prep cook for Chef P. Vignau of Savory Encinitas, Can enrolled in school and have been in the business ever since
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
A little bit of both I have worked in some great kitchens and done some awesome events while working with dope Chefs and crew and putting out great dishes. Being a mom and attending Culinary School while working crazy hours that come along with BOH and the dedication required to climb can be challenging This is why I encourage young people to figure out what they are truly passionate about and pursue early before building a family Take time with yourself away from home before building a family.

We provide plant-based and Carnivore Cuisine. Meal plans, Catering Events, and Action Station event set up. Baked Goods and Savory. We cater to Special Dietary and Lifestyle Options.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory as a child would be pretend cooking the chicken scraps my mom would allow me to have and cook them on the warm radiator in the dining area while she cooked the real meal.
