Today we’d like to introduce you to Terry Moon.

Terry, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
“I have a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear!” That common cry for help sparked my passion for helping women embrace their God-given beauty.

I uncovered my personal approach to fashion by combining my Image Consultant training, my desire to encourage women, and my leadership history to create a unique and personal styling experience for all clients.

Today, I am the proud owner of my own thriving business, Fashion With Purpose. My services include clothing and style analysis, closet organizing and personal shopping, along with speaking at ladies group and events. Also, new this year I will be launching my own On-Line Training Courses.

A Conroe native and raised in a Christian home, I believe, “God has made us beautiful women, and my mission is to help women create their best style, to bring out that inner beauty by finding the best clothes and accessories for their personal coloring and body shape.

I believe there is “Nothing worse than a frumpy Christian,” “Just because I’m a Christian woman does not mean I’m going to wear sacks. I like to be fashionable, I like to be trendy, and I want to be approachable.”

“How are we going to be a witness and show the love of Christ to other women if we’re not confident, approachable, and loving the woman we see in our own mirror?” This is what I help women achieve.

Has it been a smooth road?
Honestly pretty smooth road. Helping women who struggle with their image is so rewarding. The hard part is Helping women appreciate their beauty because most women don’t see their beauty.

Please tell us about your work.
I am a certified Image and Style Coach. I help women to find their style personality. So they can be freed up to go out into the world to do what they are purposed to do with confidence. I’m like a fairy godmother that prepares you for the ball. Speaking to women about what God has to say about THEIR beauty. Styling women with inspiration from THEIR best colors and style. Shopping with women to build confidence in THEIR body shape.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the down home kindness our city shares. When there is a disaster or missing child, the whole community comes together. I love that we still love Church and Family.’ It does make me sad to see all the these trees and woods getting cut down.
