Today we’d like to introduce you to Gregory W. Clark Jr.
Gregory W. Clark, Jr, first and foremost, is a family man. Gregory graduated from Central High School in 2007. After high school, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2012 from Sam Houston State University. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Leadership & Management from Sam Houston State University in 2014. Gregory married the love of his life, Amber Clark, M.Ed. in 2012, and had his first child, a beautiful daughter (Abigail) in 2013 and his son and name sake (Gregory III) in 2018. With hard work, dedication, and determination, Gregory went on to pursue a career in Federal Law Enforcement.
Gregory also serves as an Adjunct Professor (CRIJ 1306 Court Systems & Practices) at Lamar State College Port Arthur. As an adjunct faculty member, Gregory provides program instruction in an online and face to face format, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting edge technologies and other industry trends reflecting advancements in your discipline. In addition to these things, Gregory is active in the community and has established himself as a young African American professional among departmental and court staff.
Gregory was selected as a 40 UNDER 40 recipient. It is an award given to forty professionals under the age of forty in Southeast Texas. Gregory is also the owner of G2A Enterprises and is learning from his uncle Cornell Price, Founder and Manager of CMP3 Enterprises, how to be a successful entrepreneur. Gregory’s goal is to continue to be a pillar in the community, a role model to the youth, a devoted husband to his wife, Amber R. Clark, M.Ed., and father to his beautiful daughter and son. He strives to be a son and brother that his parent’s Terrell & Chantail Green and siblings can be proud of.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As a young home inspector starting out in a this field the challenge has been to gain the respect and business of tenured Real estate professionals. I do my best to go above and beyond for my customers and for the agents that represent them. We are the best and are going to be recognized as one of the best home inspection companies in the state of Texas. However, at this point, it is about proving myself day in and out to make sure my vision comes to fruition.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, what I would have done differently is prepared more at the beginning for the success that I didn’t know would later come. To be clear, when I mention ‘success,’ what I mean is the in-fluctuation of business that I was not at all prepared for.
