Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmine Armstrong.
Jasmine, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Jasmine Event Planning was birthed in January 2019. I’ve always had a passion for creating and decorating events for my family. I am the go to person for the creative factor. Growing up, my parents weren’t the party throwing type. When I turned 18 I was super into throwing my own parties and occasions for my friends and I to get together. Throughout the years, I thought why not turn my passion into a career. My then long term boyfriend proposed to me in 2017, which reignited my passion for event planning when I was in the process of planning my own wedding. My husband is a photographer and from there we created a team.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been the smoothest road. There are many obstacles I’ve faced and still face being an entrepreneur in this industry.
