Today we’d like to introduce you to Paula Odeh.
Paula, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I became a personal trainer after I experienced a life changing transformation through regular exercising. Fitness didn’t only improve my physical appearance but also elevated the anxiety and low self-esteem burden I bore for many years, thus I made up my mind to continue leading a healthier lifestyle physically, mentally and spiritually. Thankfully I’ve been able to push through for many years, after which I developed a burning desire to use the acquired knowledge to transform other lives through physical fitness, and my goal is to guide people to experience for themselves the priceless benefits fitness has to offer. Everyone is unique with different strengths and limitations and also deserve to experience good health, self love and feel super confident in their own skin.
My method is to build a customized plan based on an individual’s health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals, I also aim to transform my clients and influence them to make more mindful decisions when it comes to their health.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Hahaha! Of course not, and that’s the fun part about the journey, There were days I didn’t feel like leaving my cozy bed but I had to push myself, and if I only exercise when I felt like it I wouldn’t think of becoming a personal trainer in the first place.
Please tell us about your work
My company Swatdove LLC / Alpha Fitness is all about fitness and fashion. I am a personal trainer and a fitness model. On the fitness side of my business I focus on training individual ages 16 to 65 both online and in-person to help achieve various fitness goals like weight loss, strength training and general weight management.
And as a fitness model; I work with fitness apparel brands and boutique owners to showcase their creativities and different collection.
What sets me apart is that I genuinely love what I do and since helping others is something that brings a great sense of fulfillment to my life it doesn’t feel like work, plus I get to be around amazing people who tells me how good they feel about my services.

I’ll give God all the credits! For In moments of doubt, fear and weakness, he sent me earth Angels in the form of family and friends, clients and teachers to keep me going.
