Today we’d like to introduce you to Ahmad Waddel.
Ahmad, before we jump into specific questions about your work, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Hi! I’m Ahmad Waddel I’m from Houston, Texas. I model because I can be free and forget about everything through movement and expression. I love art and I believe that whatever is felt throughout the inside body affects the physical body. Signing with Revaluashion model management was an opportunity for me to create art from a place of a million ideas my imaginative mind holds lol. I’ve been placed in Photo Vogue Italia 7 times and I’ve been placed in a few magazines, Volant Magazine, to name one. I plan on pursuing my modeling career and motivating any and every living human being on planet earth to FIGHT for your dreams!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been a smooth road! I decided to leave college once I fully decided to go for my future life. I was so sure things would take off with wins upon wins! Instead, I gain the opposite. Not to mention, I new leaving college would hurt my parents. That hurt me a lot, but not going for what I want out of life, I’d be defeated for the rest of my life. from losing a car, sleeping on my friend’s couches and catches rides with friends to get to jobs, and barely making enough money. Turned me into a fighter, and I Ioved every moment of my journey because the awards are worth the war.
We’d love to hear more about your work.
I am a male model signed with Revaluashion Management Agency. When I’m not receiving work from my agent, I get to create my work. I pitch my ideas I have in mind and if the photographer believes I’m my vision, we bring my vision to life. I’ve most please with making it in magazines and able to walk in shows while traveling.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was shy and entirely and I stayed to myself. I was “determined at whatever I put mind my to.” My mom would always say and still says to this day. I always laughed all the time and had an obsession with horror movies.
