Tiger, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was attracted to the hospitality industry from a young age, beginning as a college student working valet. That’s when my passion for luxury hospitality began, from learning customer service to creating a memorable experience for guests. While working valet through college I was determined to familiarize myself with all aspects of the hospitality industry. With 17 years in the industry, I have used this as a foundation for my business today.
I wanted to transform the way guests experience transportation in the hospitality industry. Being the first face, guests meet when arriving at a hotel property for the first time, my goal is to provide luxury service from arrival to departure. Having professional team members on site, whether parking your vehicle, or having the door opened for you every time you approach the front entrance, to a driver taking you to dinner. I always want to add something special to a guest experience.
Over the years I have built a high-end clientele base through the quality of the services we provide. Working in this industry with VIP clients, I have had the pleasure of providing services for top celebrities, as well as high level executives from around the world and also had the experience of meeting former Vice President of The United States, Dan Quayle.
Has it been a smooth road?
Starting out, the main obstacle I faced, being a new face to the industry, was gaining the trust of my clients and building relationships with important figures in the hospitality industry. I have never been afraid of a challenge or of competition. In my mind, the most important factor while building my business has been setting my company apart from the rest. I strive to go above and beyond in everything I do, and that is how I run my business. We pay attention to every detail to ensure the most luxurious of services, from complimentary Fiji water in all of our vehicles to accommodating any and all requests, no matter how small or large; we never say no to our clients. Through hard work and determination, I have been able to grow my business into a brand associated with one word, “quality.”
