Today we’d like to introduce you to Wendy Nicole Anderson.
Wendy Nicole, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
July 15th ish 2011, my father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and by July 31st daddy was dead. Yelp in just 15 days, my life was turned upside down.
That was a wake-up call to me.
I was busy existing but not living. I had goals to travel the world, but yet I hadn’t applied to get my passport. I talked to daddy for years about making personal development my life’s work and becoming a life coach, yet I hadn’t made an effort to pursue those goals. They felt like a far fetched dream that would never happen.
A week before he passed, I did two things.
I took a painting class. My father was an artist. He always pushed me to dive into my creativity, but I was too critical of myself. But since he was on his death bed, I thought I would make him smile one last time. So I put on my big girl panties and cried all the way through painting class so that I could deliver to him the one thing he requested from me. An oil-based painting. I did a decent job. I also made a vow to myself to try new things that made me feel limited so that I could grow into the woman I envisioned.
The second thing I did was apply to get my passport finally.
I mean, I had goals of becoming a world traveler and pushing my limits. But that’s not possible if I didn’t have a passport.
My father’s death lit a fire in my belly.
#operationgetshitdone was born. I was on a mission to live my life to the fullest. No more daydreaming, it was time for me to become and do all the things I talked about.
I am 90% fearless. I will try almost anything once. Why? I love pushing my upper limits, and I am in love with all things mental toughness.
My will to become my best self is my greatest asset, and it ignites others who desire to walk with me.
I see life for what it is.
Sure, I was sad to see daddy go.
But instead of getting mad at God, I thanked him for the 28 years I had with my dad. I was so thankful for all that he taught me. And definitely thankful that God assigned me to a man that was willing to go through heaven and hell to ensure that his family was taken care of.
My father was a simple man, but he knew what he wanted and refused to stop until he got it. He taught me the true meaning of hustle and grit.
Rebel Queen I know you have dreams and goals that you want to accomplish in 2019 and beyond, but you won’t achieve them until you make some decisions and commit yourself to do the work.

Even in the midst of sadness, I was intentional with the decisions I made so that my future would look like it does today.
Right now, my life is everything I envisioned. Not perfect but fulfilling. But I wouldn’t have the success stories I have now if I would have allowed indecisiveness to plague me. I took action despite fearing the unknown. Today I teach service based entrepreneurs how to streamline and automate their business systems so they can escape burn out, work with the right clients, increase their profits, and save time.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a smooth road. From the start, I made decisions that were right for me. I kept my eyes on my own paper and built a business that was in alignment with my strengths. My advice for any woman who is starting their journey is to get clear and concise on who you are, what you do, and who you serve. It is important to define and create standard operating procedures for every area of your business from the start. You should also create and build out systems and a framework for your business and suite of services and products. If you are overwhelmed with all of the information that is being thrown at you just know that there are ONLY three things you should focus on daily to sustain and grow your business: strategy, systems, and sales. It is not enough to be great at what you do. You need a system to create predictable results for your business and for your clients! A system is a collective body of rules your business follows to proactively respond to daily and high-level scenarios your business might encounter so that growth isn’t disrupted. A system is an interactive, Responsive Plan to protect your business from inconsistent practices! Why do you need systems inside of your business? Systems offer you an honest report of what’s working and what is not. It creates an opportunity for you to focus on efficiency, accuracy, and predictable, measurable results. It allows you to pivot and shift in real-time and saves you from going down the rabbit hole of what-ifs.
Please tell us about your work.
I am a mompreneur that left corporate America in March 2015 to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. I love working with clients all around the world. Social media is my love child, and I dig white water rafting, rappelling, and zip-lining. So far Costa Rica is my favorite getaway.
Being a mom and business owner, my life is a balancing act, so I understand the challenges that face today’s women entrepreneurs.
Over the past six years, I’ve helped multi-six, and seven-figure service-based business owners redefine how they streamlined their day to day business operations so they could safeguard their business from inconsistent and disruptive practices that would stop them from working in their zone of genius 24-7.
I love helping small business owners create workflows for their day to day operations. What sets me apart from others? I have a six-step framework that walks my clients through how to escape burn out, work with the right clients, increase their profits, and save time.
My brand is personable and edgy. I don’t follow the rules. My clients appreciate my frankness and I attract people who are ready and willing to do the work so they can achieve their goals
Who have you been inspired by?
My dance teacher Connie Booth. She taught me how to strive for excellence. That success is earned through discipline and consistency. Between the ages of 4 and 10, I remember being at the dance studio until midnight practicing for our competitions on school nights. Our parents supported and didn’t allow us to give up because it was demanding.
