Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Pham.
Ana, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My first bar job was in 2015 with Ojos Locos from there in 2017 I became the hiring / training manager for Both Prospect Park locations and Engine Room Night Club . In 2018 I got promoted to General Manager of Engine room. I had the idea for Bar Baes for a couple years but didn’t push myself until 2018. Bar Baes started as just a Mobile bartending service and is now expanding into a staffing agency.
Has it been a smooth road?
It’s been a smooth road because I waited until I was ready to commit 100% into it. So basically, timing was perfect and by then I had a lot more knowledge in the business. Houston is such a big city and the competition is tough but don’t give up.

Bar Baes is a Mobile bartending service, we offer bartending courses including job placement and now bars & clubs can call us for temporary recruit, work for hire or direct hire for waitresses and bartenders. In the bar industry my reputation is for hiring and training the top waitresses and bartenders, everyone knows if I’m involved what to expect. My work ethic sets me apart from others, I never stop until it’s a 100%.
