Today we’d like to introduce you to AyeK.
AyeK, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Consistency and continuing to follow my own path instead of what others felt I should be doing is what got me where I am today. Networking was a major part of my growth, going outside of my comfort zone to meet new people in the city. I first was focused on my own music and was unable to expand my brand due to the lack of a team. This made me take initiative to start learning the business and I decided to take my talents to helping other artists. Now I’m back and forth from Houston to Los Angeles, trying to get our culture the recognition it deserves.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I couldn’t put into words the struggles not only I experienced along the journey but also artists I worked with. There are no shortcuts to success but what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. Definitely wasn’t a smooth road but the obstacles we overcame helped us along our journey in the long run.
We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I specialize in Talent Management and Marketing. We work with influencers of all different aspects and look to help them bring their vision to life. What makes me most proud is being able to see the progression of the people we work with and see the hard work finally pay off. What sets us apart is we seek to help our clients reach their full potential while being as transparent as possible and building as a family!
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Opening of Los Angeles office to where our Houston influencers can come showcases their talents. Major changes in the works stay tuned!
