Today we’d like to introduce you to Zainab Adams.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Zainab Adams Official was started during the Covid Pandemic as an opportunity for me to improve my writing skills (I’ve always wanted to write a book). I decided a blog was the best way to go, considering it could mesh my two favorite hobbies: writing and brand development. Instead, I would be the subject this go around.
I immediately knew that I wanted it to be a lifestyle blog, but not necessarily in the traditional sense. I believe that you can break up your lifestyle into three categories, which are your health, wealth, and business. By improving one or more of these categories, you improve the life you lead.
My passion for the site took off, though. Surrounding myself with and speaking to a group of people passionate about reaching their versions of success has been an incredible experience. These #goalgetters always push me to create valuable content that can aid their journeys.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The obstacle I’ve faced in life is finding a job I am passionate about having. I’ve worked with XENA Inc and done a work-study job. That’s about it. I refuse to get caught in a cycle where I have an occupation that I don’t enjoy, so I am spending my early twenties combating that and, through the ZAO platform, help others do the same.
Specifically to the site, putting up constant content has been difficult. I always want to put out original content that’s valuable to my audience. I want it all to be perfect, and in an ideal world, I’m posting on five different platforms at least once a day with original content. Although I’m going to reach this goal and release quality posts in the process, I realized that the need for perfection would stop me from taking action. I’ve recently tried a learn as I go approach. The more I practice, the more I’ll improve. So first, get it done. Then make it perfect.

I love improving other people and businesses. With XENA, I got the opportunity to do that with every brand we came across. This year I wanted to do that for myself. My socials are the perfect place for me to start from scratch and grow organically.
What matters most to you?
Living a full, valued life and helping others do the same. It’s that simple. I believe that I speak to people who know that their success Is inevitable. It’s our uncertainty and bad habits that hold us back. I hope that my platform provides the tools to make the needed adjustments to get to their versions of success.
