Hi Stephanie , thank you so much for sitting down with us again. For folks who might have missed our initial interview, can you start by briefly introducing yourself?
I am a wife, mother and top producing realtor. I am a long time resident of Houston. I have been a realtor since 2014 and handle all things residential real estate. With that, I am a top producer in the industry and stay heavily involved within the community outside of work and family.
What is your area of focus?
I handle homes all across the Greater Houston area – From The Woodlands to Richmond. However, the bulk and majority of my business falls inside the the loop and near inner loop neighborhoods. We take real estate beyond the home which encompasses the lifestyle each home and neighborhood has to offer.
What sets you apart?
Client relationships are a top priority. I share that real estate is not a job – It is a lifestyle. Being a small piece of the puzzle brings such purpose. I take pride in knowing that our client loyalty stems from our transparency, communication and no-pressure approach.
How do you grow your business?
I work primarily off referral and repeat business. We live and breath this industry and take real estate beyond the home.
How would you describe the market right now?
It’s interesting to say the least – It is changing from week to week. We have historically low inventory coupled with low interest rates. Sellers are primarily in the drivers seat, but that breaks down slightly different for each neighborhood and price point.
