Today we’d like to introduce you to Andres Jones.
Hi Andres, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 31st, 1969. My father passed away from a brain aneurysm when I was around ten years. My mother raised my brother, sister, and myself as a single parent. I joined the U.S. Army in August 1989 and was stationed in Germany for 2.5 years. I was deployed to Kuwait for Operation Desert Storm on December 24th, 1990.
I have been a resident in the Houston area for over 20 years. I have developed many relationships with people to help others have a millionaire mindset and develop their God-given gifts and talents. I am helping to develop teens, young adults, and mature adults to live a fulfilled life and teaching them to become a leader in their area of gifting and pursue the vision that God has given to them.
I am one of the Houston area’s leading Realtors for almost ten years. I am also the host of my very radio show called “Millionaire Mindset Show,” which is on every Friday at 11 AM on GospelRadioNation.com and Facebook Live. We help motivate people to discover their purpose in order to find their wealthy place and create generational wealth.
I was chosen as one of the Top 20 Black Realtor in Houston in 2021. I was also recognized by the Greater Houston Builders Association “Million Dollar Circle” as one of the top-selling Realtors of new construction homes in the Houston area. Newcomers are provided useful data on neighborhoods, school systems, local events, restaurants, and the best places to enjoy in the Houston Area with their children. I’m always happy to share his knowledge of all that the Houston area has to offer. I am also a Score Mentor, where I teach others how to market their business and become a powerful presence on social media, among other ways. I am a proud father of four adult children Ayeshia, Sierra, Jessica and Andrew and 12 grandchildren.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road. I wasn’t able to finish high school, but I did receive my GED in the military. I joined the military in order to get away from bad influences that were keeping me see my purpose in life. I was connected to family and others that we into drugs and alcohol at a young age. Once I joined the military I came back and started being around the same people I wanted to get away from. I knew that there was more to life than what I was experiencing at the time. I decided to move to Houston, TX in 1997, and once I moved, I stayed with some family to get myself on my feet. I got an apartment about two years after I moved to Houston. My first job here paid me $8 an hour and I worked temporary jobs until 2013, when I finally went to get my Realtor license. I started my real estate company in 2015 called AMJ Global Enterprise, LLC. With so many obstacles along the way, it was my faith in God, the favor of God and my determination to succeed that has brought me to where I am today.

What matters most to you? Why?
My mission is life is help others become a leader in this world. We all were brought on this earth for a reason and many of us including myself at one point, are taught to just go school, get a job and retire. So many people have gone their entire lives feeling they could of done more. What is my purpose? What else can I do? I want to help change that mindset and let people know it’s never to late. You can live a fulfilled life. You can be someone who can help change the world we live in and pass that knowledge on the next generation.
I am helping to develop teens, young adults, and mature adults to live their life that is purposeful and fulfilling. Teaching people to become a leader in their area of gifting and pursue the vision that God has given to them. There is leadership potential in all of us. True leadership is not something you grasp but something you become. Being a leader is something that must be developed in everyone.
I am a well-known speaker, coach, father, author, and entrepreneur. I help impact audiences around the world with my bold and audacious approach to living life. I train groups and individuals to understand the principles that were established to have a successful life. I helps people prosper and become a leader in their area of gifting. I am a teacher and I love to share the laws and principles that God set in order to achieve success and to make an impact in this world.
I love to watch and hear others reach their potential in the way God intended. I love for people to prosper in their area of gifting and purpose because once they do, most will help and teach others and that is what God designed us to do
