Hi Treva , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m Treva Christopher, Broker & Owner of The Christopher Dynasty Real Estate Group. I’m a Top Producing Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker.
The Real Estate Industry is very competitive, so being unique is what sets me apart from the competition. Before entering into the real estate industry, I worked in Corporate America in Accounting, so crunching numbers is second nature to me. I also ran a very successful credit repair business for 5 years before getting into real estate. I decided to get into real estate and see my clients all the way to the finish line.
Being well versed and knowledgeable on the entire process of a real estate transaction, sets me apart from my competition. The real estate market and mortgage industry is constantly changing, so I take multiple continuing educational courses monthly, to stay up to date and offer the exceptional services to my clients. I’m excited to see how my business has continued to grow in just 5 1/2 years of being in the industry. It was very hard for me because, I’m not from Houston, so I didn’t have a sphere of influence to market to. I simply put in hours of work every single day. It was very difficult in the beginning, but I remained focused and kept striving to be the very best version of me. I work with buyers, sellers, investors and renters helping to achieve their real estate goals.
I understand that everyone will be ready to purchase or sell at the moment they contact me. If there is a barrier stopping them at the moment, I help with creating a strategy my clients to their real estate goals. I believe that everyone can achieve their real estate goals and I help with achieving that goal, by finding you the right loan product for your unique situation or finding you that perfect home.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Everyday, there is a new obstacle to face in the real estate industry. Each client needs, financial situation and timeline will all be different. I always make sure that I’m coming from a position of value to every client I serve. Providing this type of service has continuously given me the platform need to gain the opportunity to facilitate so many clients’ real estate transactions. I believe that everyone is awarded the opportunity to purchase a home and no matter if a client reaches out to me and they are ready to move forward that day or a few years ahead of us, I continue to provide the resources to each client to get to their goal of “Building Wealth Through Homeownership”.
