Meet Diana Rosas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diana Rosas.

Hi Diana, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started this beautiful journey because of my mom, she encouraged me to start my own business of Mexican clothing. By that time I was going thru anxiety and depression. I did not think of anything else I did not have an idea of what to do. So I took the idea that she gave and started working on it. I started selling with friends, flea markets, social media.

I was not very successful at the beginning there were some days I did not sell like I expected but I kept going until I was more confident.

I started listening to successful people their stories and the way they were doing their business.

I apply some ideas they used like be “constant” it is an important word I apply everyday.

Every time I feel like giving up, I remember that this amazing business helped me to recover from anxiety. Also reminds me that thru this business I give jobs to a couple of families in Mexico because now we are producer.

I opened my boutique in 2018.

In 2020, we started offering wholesale distributing in many cities in USA.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Was Not smooth. My biggest struggle was feeling inferior. Thinking that a foreign (coming from Mexico) couldn’t make a business in the USA.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a business owner. I’m a native seller. I’m known because I don’t give up. I’m proud of myself because I broke all the ideas of inferiority I have of myself. I’m an achiever. I’m constant and don’t give up.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Network with different people, different businesses, different social status.
