Natoya Allen, the owner of NRJ Multiservices has a passion for improving others and going above and beyond to get the job done. She is efficient, organized, and reliable. She recently resigned right after entering her 12th year as a teacher, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. She is also juggling the careers of REALTOR®, a Texas Notary Public, a Notary Signing Agent, a UNTWISE Certified Job Readiness Trainer/Coach and a Curriculum Writer, and Vending Machine specialist and owner. Natoya is a single mom raising two sons in Houston, Texas.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Is that a trick question? Is anything worth having or keeping a smooth ride? When you are funding everything out of pocket 100%, doing all the foot and leg work, all the research, and all the tasks…. No way is it a smooth road. Is it satisfying? WITHOUT A DOUBT! Although I feel like I am constantly making mistakes, wasting time, and spending money when things manifest and do what I need them to do I’m always grateful even for the struggles. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced along the way is the lack of knowledge. I can only teach myself so much. It’s very important to have capital, education, and tools in place to help your business run smoothly.

NRJ Multiservices is really my baby. My rebirth. My comeback. It means so much to me. My maiden name is Natoya R Johnson, so the initials in the Business Name came with me at birth. As I was building this company, I was going through a divorce…marriage is how I got the name Natoya Allen. With the world going on and emotions high everyday dealing with a divorce and hating my teaching career, I strategically planned out my escape from both; my cousin and I nicknamed our escape from the Public School System the Underground Railroad. I took trainings, courses, classes, certifications, and everything I had to, to place myself in a position to be able to provide multiple services to produce the type of income I know I need for the type of life my kids and I desire to live. I ended up with all these things under my belt, and all these different DBA’s. One day I had to write a Bio for one of my Social Media pages and Multiservices just started to make sense to me. That’s how I got a Multiservices Company. I applied for the LLC and the rest is history.

Real Estate Services- After serving the Education Industry for 12 years, I decided to transition into the field of Real Estate. As an educator, I was able to service communities by providing academic support to children from various ages and backgrounds. Rendering service to others is what ultimately helped me to make the decision to consider Real Estate. Being able to assist homebuyers in making important decisions and being able to make a difference through the realm of real estate can be life changing. My Real Estate services are different because I have a natural love for Educating so you get education, knowledge, results, and tons of personality when you deal with a Realtor like me.
Mobile Notary Services-With NRJ Multiservices Mobile Notary, we travel to you. You can have your document signatures notarized at a date, time, and location of your convenience.
Signing Agent Services-Notary Signing Agent (NSA), a specialized notary public. We are trained, background screened, and certified to professionally facilitate the signing of real estate and loan documents.

The thing I’m most proud of brand wise is how far I’ve come within the last year. Just about 18 months ago this was all a dream, a thought, a seed that needed to be planted. I had to make so many drastic life changes for me to create this business and for this mental peace. Every day I get to wake up and assist people in changing their lives. No matter if I’m finding them a place to call home, providing a notary service, consulting about vending machines, or making them feel empowered in one of my T-Shirts, I’m a part of it. I want readers to know that I am my brand and my brand is me. NRJ Multiservices was built to serve a diverse group of individuals in different aspects or walks of life.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The thing I’m most proud of is my perseverance to push through no matter the obstacle or dilemma. I was once a Teen Mom and now I’m so much more and I’m not done yet. The difference between me and them is no one will out work me, I will not quit, and I will not lose! My drive, passion, and determination to succeed is what is most important to my success. I thank my sons for the fuel that ignites my fire daily.
