Hi Tiffany, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hello, my name is Tiffany Nichols. I’m also known as Tiffany Nichols Design on social media. I am originally from Oklahoma, but moved to Houston in 2019 by way of Huntsville, AL. I am the Founder & CEO of Tiffany Ann The Label, formerly RNWY Label, a women’s online clothing boutique based in the Houston, TX area.
Out of my love for fashion and my desire to curate collections to help women display the ultimate confidence and outwardly express their personality and the love they have for themselves, I launched my business in April of 2021.
Prior to launching my company, Tiffany Ann The Label, I have been a lifestyle & beauty digital content creator and speaker since 2012. I have held the title of Brand & Marketing Mgr. for a haircare and beauty brand and currently work as the Sales & Market Activations Director for a Houston based hair care and beauty brand.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As an entrepreneur, I have faced a few challenges and lessons learned throughout this journey. When owning a clothing boutique, you depend on your vendors to follow through with their commitments and many times that is just not the case. I have learned to be flexible and to always have a plan B, C, & D. Expect the unexpected has definitely become a motto for me now.
I also wear many hats and I may make it look easy, but it’s not. I work a full-time job, so after work, I devote time to my business so that calls for many late nights for me. I spend a lot of time sourcing items, building out campaign and marketing strategies, website designing and troubleshooting tech issues, creating social media content, and I do a lot of research.
I’ve experienced other obstacles as it relates to branding, campaign executions, trademarking, etc…there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that can make anyone want to quit and give up, but if it’s a passion of yours that drive will help you persevere.

Tiffany Ann The Label was founded out of my love and passion to curate collections to help women display the ultimate confidence. Fashion to me is an expression of one’s self and I love pieces that reflect sophistication, classiness, with a sprinkle of sex appeal. Things that reflect my own sense of style and pieces that I love. I want pieces that can be for the on-the-go woman, the stay at home mom, the city socialite, and the date night queen. We have a little something for everyone for whatever occasion.
On our website, you can find dresses, tops, jeans, two-piece sets, loungewear, etc… We currently offer sizes from S-XL in most items and are working to expanding into plus sizes. We release new collections on average once or twice a month to keep things fresh and to provide options. Where ever you go, you should always look your best and I have pieces that help you do just that.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
As I embarked on this journey as a new business owner, I had help from close family and friends. They are often my sounding boards when I am bouncing ideas around. They act as photographers and videographers for photoshoots, assistants on set, and they receive all of my frustration when I need to vent. They have truly held me down and I appreciate them always for being in my corner.
I also want to thank my #TALabelBabes. These ladies, have truly shown so much support since the launch of my company and I would not have grown as quickly as I have without them. They are true riders for my brand and show support with word of mouth, via social media with the likes, shares, videos, and comments, and with their hard earned money. You all have helped me grow too close to a 6 figure brand within my 1st year of business.
