Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenneth Stewart.
Hi Kenneth, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am just a small-town county boy from Kentwood, LA that loves music. Music has always been in my DNA. It has been a part of my life since the age of four, singing in the choir with my siblings and mother as the director. I took interest in writing my own music at the of age 10. Music has always been a way for me to express how I feel and get my message out to the world. However, growing up in a small town it wasn’t easy to access the necessary tools, resources, and connections to perfect the craft. Especially, when it came to music exposure. Music is my passion and driving force, so I began to do my own research and network with different people throughout the years. My team BPM, has been a great support and goes above and beyond. My new year has started off great and I expect only greater music and opportunities to come my way with God first and my team backing me up.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
After the devastating loss of my grandfather in March 2018, music became more of an outlet to express the pain I felt and to overcome depression. I became more determined and motivated to become one of the greatest artists he would be proud of. So by mid-February 2021, I quit my 9-5 job at a tire shop to fully dedicate myself to my music. I’ve always believed that God gave me this gift to spread a positive message to the world and be a role model for upcoming artists. God has given me the opportunities to do just that by allowing me to open up for some amazing mainstream artists, and for that I am grateful. These opportunities have allowed me to build up my social media platforms as well.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I continue to push my career as a rising solo artist, keeping the lyrics personal, authentic, hot, and relatable for my supporters. I am a singer, rapper, and TikTok sensation known for my most recent hit single “Pray For Me” and viral youtube song “Fat Boy Anthem”.that sits at 8 million views, My TikTok account has amassed over 900k followers with more than 12 million likes within this past year. With over half a million music streams on all major digital music platforms, this I set out to be the next big thing and my unique melodic musical flow is what sets me apart from most music artist of today.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
It’s more than just music to me. I feel that I have a genuine connection with y’all of my supporters and I love to interact with them.
