Today we’d like to introduce you to Hai Le.
Hai, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I came to Houston in 1992. I started as a nail technician. After two years working hard, I owned a nail salon. I sold my nail salon one year later and enter new business as a nail supply. In 2002, I expand my business in the pedicure spa industry. I tried many places such as New York, Boston, Miami, Tampa, Dallas, LA, etc but I choose Houston as my last stop because of its potential to develop in the future. We got through many difficulties to build T-Spa MFG, LLC and finally accomplish the trust from our clients today. I also want to say thank you to Houston that give me an opportunity to serve you.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I have been through a hard time to be successful today. There is a time that I almost lost everything. However, every time I failed, I did not give up. I learned experiences and I have my family which gives me more strength to achieve my dream.
T-Spa MFG, LLC – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Our company specializes in pedicure spa. We have many models that not only suitable for every client’s needs but the price is very reasonable. Our mission is “work hard every day to build the best product for our clients” which sets us apart from others.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
My childhood is different from other children. I had to work hard in the rice field to help my Mom when I was 6. My father was in prison since he was a Veteran who served for American. The early struggled childhood taught me to be independent. I believe that when you work hard and you focus on it, you may fail for the first time, second time or even third time, but you will finally succeed. When I was young I thought I was unlucky since I did not have a tough childhood. However, now I think I was really fortunate since early experience helped me a lot in my business.
