Today we’d like to introduce you to Samuel Fisher.
Samuel, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have loved music for as far back as I can remember. I started out playing the guitar at age 5 and then a few years later, I began playing drums. Then at age 14 I started showing interest in the piano and begin teaching myself to play. I then went on to play for different ministries and several different gospel choirs. It was probably around 2007 when my musical interest took a turn. For years I had been learning music for services, choirs, concerts and gospel artists but never had I thought about the production of the songs. I started doing my research and learning from different producers because I wanted to learn as much as possible about the makings of a song. In 2013, I produced my first single, and my foot has been on the gas pedal ever since. Fast forward to now where I have my production company called Stay Focused Productions, which is responsible for quite a few songs and albums in different genres. I also have partnered with several labels and have some plans in motion to help independent artists.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely has been a bumpy road lol. One of the first struggles I dealt with early on was self-doubt. You can have the gift and ability to do a thing and still question whether or not you should. Sometimes our biggest hurdles can come from within. Once you realize this and conquer that doubt or fear, there is nothing that can stand in your way from reaching greatness!

I am a producer and musician that specializes in creating original content. I am known for music production, and also as a music director. I specialize in music production and I’m most proud of the catalog of work that has been released, and even more of what’s ahead. I believe my originality, genuine passion, and creativity sets me apart from others.
