Hi Karollyne, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
As I grew up, there were struggles within my family. You either grow and learn from them or continue to follow that path. As a whole, you are your person meaning you make your decisions and accumulate your own thoughts. Growing up, I realized there is a lot more to this world. Sometimes you have to work harder than others. You have to sacrifice time. As long as you understand the struggles, you follow through with the path you want for your life. No one can never predict the future. Focus on your present life and what you do now will reflect your future.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, not at all. I’ve had domestic violence problems. Mental breakdowns. Family break-ups. Relationship fallouts. You learn as you grow. Not only did I learn, I understood what was right for myself. Not everything has to be fight but understanding.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I work for Ford Motor Company, Corporate office. I specialize in management. I also love hearing and/or seeing others smiling and/or happy. Outside of that, I love social media. Seeing the different cultures and learning of others through pictures or videos is creative.
I have confidence within myself.
I am most proud of the growth I’ve gained mentally, physically and financially.

Family and quality time means the most. Spending time with family and friends will also be the best time. Making memories either good or bad. You learn about each other with actions. Being with my family is always the best. It’s like a love and bond that no one can understand but God and yourself.
