Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
When starting a business, there will always be bumps in the road, you will face challenges in order to achieve your ultimate goal, as well as hardships and difficult decisions along the way. What was once a fantasy will soon become a reality. There is a lot of planning, ideas, financial capital, and most importantly, believing in what you have set out to do and not giving up when things get tough. We faced discrimination in the beginning until we started getting recognition for our hard work and dedication.  With fast growth, you face the challenges of working capital and trying to find a balance between both.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a full-service janitorial company serving the Houston/Galveston Metroplex area. Our goal is to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our clients in these changing times regarding how the cleaning industry is perceived. As a locally owned business, both owners live in the community they serve. They are invested in the community and give back to it. From assisting children to attend summer camps at the local YMCA to supporting little league baseball teams and assisting the local school’s day camp for the mentally challenged, we have done it all.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
With some of the challenges we face, such as national companies entering and taking away business that we have worked hard to keep. We want to be the company that is only a phone call away; we, the owners, are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and work hard to provide exceptional services to our clients. “Customers Matter” is our guiding principle. We are still in business today because of our customers and the referrals they have given us over the years.
