Life & Work with Pachión Randle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pachión Randle.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
When I first started my business I literally just jumped out there. I had a vision, I just didn’t have exactly everything intact. I didn’t know much about fashion or the clothing market. I took out time to brainstorm after a couple of months into my business. I then had plenty of time to actually sit and think on the proper steps to take becoming a small business owner. I also had much time to do my research on fashion in general. From there, I knew exactly what I wanted. Once the brand hit a year in business, I came back twice as hard than I did when I had first started.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Being a small business owner, you have good days and you have bad days. Some days are slow, some days are fast. There’s also plenty of responsibility, so always trying to plan and keep up is definitely a task. Making sure everything’s perfect and right for your brand is always a huge struggle, in my opinion. I’ve always had to make sure everything’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. So, when it comes to perfecting, I become indecisive. Better days are always to come though. It never rains forever.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I own a beautique (what I love to call it) called Pachión’s Pink Palace! We’re an all-pink online boutique/accessory shop. Everything is PINK! We also have men’s and children’s online shop as well.

I have a degree in Criminal Justice, BS. I was previously a Registered Behavioral Tech, now I am currently a Pre-Enrollment Specialist! I have always been known for that outgoing, beautiful person inside and out! I am nothing but positive vibes a ball of joy. One of the most sweetest and genuine people you’ll ever meet. And of course, I am super girly! I LOVE the color pink.

I am most proud of the woman I’ve become over the years. Looking back and seeing how much progress I’ve made warms my heart every time. Despise of all of the circumstances, my accomplishments and struggles molded me into who I am today. I’m honestly very proud of me. I’m my biggest fan.

What sets me apart of others is my honesty, loyalty and dedication, I feel. Once I’m involved with something, I’m 100% dedicated. I also always have a vision. I never step into something completely clueless. That’s the key to a lot of things.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I’ve had to take plenty of risks over time. There has been times where I felt like I could never ever do certain things, but now I’m doing it. I never thought I could put myself in a CEO position in reality as a little girl, but I’m doing it. I’ve always visioned it and have always been aware of my capability to do things. I just never thought I’d be where I am today though. Being a small business owner, you sacrifice a lot of things. Seeing the outcome of it all is the best feeling after all. I truly understand the saying, “you’ll never know until you try it” now.
