Today we want to introduce you to Tia Ingram better known as The Radical1ne
Hi The Radical1ne, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started doing Gospel Rap in 2019. I have always had a heart and an ear for music. It has always been a passion of mine. TMH (The Most High) shifted my desires from wanting to pursue secular music to wanting to create music for the people that would encourage them, motivate them and most importantly, point them back to HIM. Music to me is the equivalent of teaching a lesson or preaching a sermon. Music can make or break a person. I say this because what we allow into our ears travels down to our hearts and in turn, affects our thoughts and actions. I love people and I will always be on a mission to save lives and prayerfully be the change that I want to see in this wicked world. The Scriptures tell us that love covers a multitude of sins and I’m here to make sure everyone knows that to be true. Based on my life and my past. If TMH can clean me up and use me… he can use anybody.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The road hasn’t always been smooth. Especially in the industry. When you are working to please TMH (The Most High) and not people it’s always going to be a little rocky along the way. However, that’s when you have to change your mindset and understand you’re not on Earth to please people… only HIM. it’s hard being a Gospel rapper a lot of people don’t even take us seriously, simply because they have been conditioned and programmed not to by mainstream media. That doesn’t prevent me from still trying to excel at all that I do. I will always give my all to my music because I know that the gift I have been given comes from above and I never want to live selfishly but always selflessly because someone .. somewhere is depending on me to get through any and every obstacle that I may face. I know that I can’t do that without Yahuah, so I have no choice but to keep growing and going keeping TMH first.

What’s special about me is that I have a gift that no one in this world can take away. I am a natural-born lyricist. I am dope on the mic Fa sho. I’m super creative yet I’m extremely humble. I believe that humility is key. You can be the best at a lot of things, but if you are not humble and always in a teachable posture, you will still fail in the end. I’m set apart because I try to live a set apart lifestyle. I don’t always get it right, but I try every day to please ABBA (father In heaven) and be an example in this music industry to those he’s sent to listen and support me. Music is life and my life belongs to HIM .. That’s why I’m proud to be set apart!
How do you think about happiness?
Honestly, what makes me happy is pleasing ABBA .. and helping people .. and it’s even cooler I get to do that through music and ministering. You never know what someone may be going through. One song. One bar.. one hook could be life-changing. So it makes me happy knowing that I have a gift that will make someone else’s day. Or even change their mood/circumstances.
