Meet Tierashia Adair of T. Adair Enterprises

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tierashia Adair.

Hi Tierashia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
For many years, I had a seed of thought for a business in which I would do various work and ministry projects under. The name T. Adair Enterprises was the inspired name. It would look as if I was doing many different things, but under one umbrella. In the last five years of my career as a “four walls”, public school teacher, God started nudging me to make changes and to prepare because “[My] season in the classroom was coming to an end.” In 2017, I resigned as a teacher and embarked upon the journey that would lead me to pursue the purpose of building a business that would Encourage, Educate, and Empower people, so that through all of the various projects we would do through T. Adair Enterprises would be about “Building the city by building the people.” Currently, projects that fall of the categories of Speaking, Writing, Mentoring and Coaching Women, Event Production, and Educational Consulting.

Although entrepreneurship is challenging and is definitely not for the faint of heart, I won’t trade it, because I know and understand that THIS is what I am supposed to be doing at this moment in time in my life. I have had so many amazing opportunities and met so many amazing people on this journey. It is well worth it!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has definitely NOT been a smooth road. This path has had many bumps, curves, potholes, etc. Some of the struggles along the way have been monetary, not having enough cash flow to fully fund projects. Learning how to market has been a challenge as well as having to find the balance between my spiritual growth, family, self, and the business.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
T. Adair Enterprises is a project-based, faith-inspired business whose mission is to solve problems through products and services that Encourage, Educate, and Empower people. This is accomplished through speaking engagements and platforms, writing and other content-based products, educational consulting and advising, women’s mentoring and life coaching, and event hosting (webinars, camps, conferences, workshops, etc.). Our products and services are strategically focused on building the city by building the people.

Through my business, I am known as a relational connector that makes a lasting impact from the inside out. The products and services that we offer will definitely Encourage, Educate, and Empower people.

P.S. Be on the lookout. Behind the scenes, I am working on some creative programs that put my hands back into what I used to do for many years. I also have a book that is soon to release that encourages teachers/educators. I am so excited about these life-giving projects and when they are released.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t choose to talk about luck, instead, I use the word faith and fate. Faith has greatly inspired me to step out of my comfort zone to do something different and bigger than what I can do alone. It is my fate that I fulfill the purpose in which God created my life for and ultimately, that will produce exponential results.
