Before becoming a nail tech, I always wanted to genuinely find my niche in art or something that would better express myself. Therefore, as soon as 2020 started, I fully committed to my nail technician journey. I started slowly teaching myself and developing in my skill.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Honestly, my nail technician journey hasn’t been the smoothest. There are so many obstacles you face when owning/running a business, but it’s important not to let those obstacles weigh in too much.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a nail technician located in Houston, Texas. I do everything from manicures to full acrylic sets. I specialize mostly in trendy nail sets that are seen across so many social media platforms. My prices are very affordable and I offer house-call appointments as well. I genuinely pride myself in creating nail sets that will please my clients. It’s such a huge honor to create and execute designs/sets to my client’s liking. To me, doing nails is an art.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5-10 years, I see my business growing and expanding to new clients and areas.
