Meet Luis Linares of Crane Monsters Corp

Today we’d like to introduce you to Luis Linares.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m a Civil Engineer and I used to work in the Construction industry. A little over 10 years ago I wanted a change and I decided to go into Heavy Equipment Sales. While doing mainly Asphalt Paving Equipment, I started getting more and more requests about Cranes so I decided to learn everything about them and the Industry and I just fell in love with them, it’s a more specialized industry and the people in it are fantastic people.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I don’t think building a business is ever a smooth road, especially diving into a whole new industry and having to learn a lot to be able to provide the proper customer service and quality we stand behind. I wouldn’t say it’s been a struggle but there have been a lot of bumps on the road. There have been a lot of long nights and long weekends.

At the beginning, nobody knew who we were and that made things a little harder, we had to gain our vendors’ and customers’ trust little by little before we could establish our name in the Industry, we now proudly have great business relationships across the country and worldwide and that has allowed us to be one of the most known Used Cranes Companies in the U.S today.

We’ve been impressed with Crane Monsters Corp, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We Specialized in Used Crane Sales, we’re known for providing the best customer service and great quality Cranes. I’m very proud of our employees, they always give their best day in and day out to make our company better every day.

We sell All Terrain Cranes, Truck Cranes, Rough Terrain Cranes, Carry Decks, Boom Trucks, etc; all over the world, our Geographical Location has allowed us to sell cranes in almost 30 different countries.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I don’t believe luck has been a factor in our Business success, we have devoted ourselves to getting better and better every day and results will follow the hard work.
