Check Out Efrain Infante’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Efrain Infante.

Hi Efrain, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My Journey has been long, with many ups and downs but always visualize the bigger picture and gain experience every step of the way.

Throughout high school and into college, my fire and passion for the game of football (soccer) grew at a rapid pace which made me realize that after college, coaching was the only path for me and what I was put on this earth to do.

After college, I began coaching professionally with prestigious clubs like Texans Soccer Club, New York Red Bulls, and others. As I began to experience the professional coaching life, my desire to install specific training plans for the players in front of me allow this individual pathway to flourish.

We began to provide the players in the community with an alternative plan to develop rapidly and begin to get opportunities at their local clubs and the rest is history.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Within the individual training world, there are always up and down throughout the years.

Being flexible with other life events in the players is a barrier that it can slow down the formation process.

Another one is when a player is about to reach the breakthrough finally and they have a negative experience in the collective game and they leave the game and all the work goes downhill.

These situations can be frustrating and a part of the individual training world, but they are learning curves to improve every year.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
As an individual soccer trainer creativity, planning a session for one or two players always needs to be at an all-time high.

Keeping players engaged when it’s only them training and delivering real results takes us to constantly think outside the box.

What makes you happy?
When players that began as average joes are competing at the highest levels and owing the situation.
