Hi Naomi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
A small business owned by mother and daughter. Wanting to show the world that treats makes others happy. My daughter is motivated to say yes to opening a small business, and with God’s guidance, I’m here with her.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it has not. It has been some struggles. When I decided to open the business, I knew everything was not going to be a smooth transition but a hard one, but everything was going to work out. Some struggle with rising prices, having no customers and losing money.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a small business owner who makes Treats. My business is family owned. I decided to always put God first in my business, no matter what.. I make cakes, macarons, cakesicles, sugar cookies, and more. I’m proud to be nominated and win #9 place in Amazing Cake Ideas USA out Of 200 contestants. What sets me apart from others? I’m always learning from my mistakes, curiosity to be creative, and always show respect!
What are your plans for the future?
I’m planning to have a storefront. I am trying to put my name out there and not give up even when the hard times come. Always know that God is with me.
