Conversations with Jeanette Arredondo

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeanette Arredondo.

Hi Jeanette, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have always had a heart for creating things, I just never took that step to start until the year before the covid hit. I saw this machine that was just going to be released and I mentioned it to my husband & all the ideas I had running through my head of what I could do with it. My husband has been my #1 supporter since day 1. He’s the one who made it all happen. That year for Christmas I received the machine I wanted and that’s where it all began. My very first job was for the church that I attend and dearly love, Life Church. From there, I experimented more and found ways how to make more things to expand my business. A little after that, that’s when I came up with the name “Heavenly Creations For You” “With God All Things Are Possible. I grew up in church and singing on the worship team. With everything I have gone through divorce, heartbreak, abuse, I have seen God’s hand in my life and I just wanted to tie everything back to Him because if It wasn’t for Him, I wouldn’t be where I am today, that’s why I stand firm on that scripture. I have always been a stay at home mom and My husband has always supported that and our son and I, I wanted to do something to take a load off of him and took on what I have now, my small business from home. While trying to juggle being a stay at home mom, wife, entrepreneur, it all definitely came with its ups & downs. From there, I grew and gained more customers to this day, expanded my work in making more things and it all happened with the help of God, my parents who pray for my small business daily, my siblings who support me, my little guy who at times helps me & my husband who did my first purchase and made it all happen. I am not where I want to be and I want to have a building of my own one day so I will keep on keeping on because With God All Things Are Possible.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Imagine having to take your kid to work day but every day, haha. I’d say that was the biggest struggle of having to adjust, but once I found a routine and now that he’s in Kindergarten, it has made it a bit easier. I will say though my little guy has helped, whether its lint rolling Koozies or opening packages for me, I wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Like I tell my customers, I literally try my best to make it all. Koozies, Shadow Boxes, Chip Bags, Cake Toppers, Tumblers, T-Shirts, Bottle Openers, Decals, Earrings, Button Pins, Drawstring Bags, and it all started with just making a shirt.

I’m most proud of how much I have seen my business grow and continue to expand to where I am today. One day I dream to open up my own building.

I feel like what sets me apart from others is how I tie my logo and name and motto all back to the one who has given me this opportunity and has helped me grow…God.

What matters most to you?
My family. Since day 1, I have had a dream and have not stopped hustling to reach that dream. I do it for them so I can try to give my son a better life and to show my son that If you give it all to the man upstairs, stick to it, and hustle, and pray… then anything is possible.
