Hidden Gems: Meet Brittany Morales of PrettyPrettyNailBar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Morales.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I originally started doing nails 2 1/2 years ago after I went to the nail shop and saw how paying customers were being treated and I felt as though it was wrong. I wanted to offer phenomenal customer service, allowing women/men to truly unwind and relax and not feel rushed. I’m currently in school obtaining my license but I am truly a self taught artist.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I stopped doing nails for 6 months because I felt discouraged, but I never put down my brush I never stopped practicing because I have a vision. I really felt like this little person in a big city wanting to service the entire city.

But when I lost one of best friends, I completely rebranded my business in tribute to her, to keep pushing and to never stop what I truly want to succeed in.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about PrettyPrettyNailBar?
I am a Nail Artist. I’m known for having great customer service and really taking my time with my clients and truly allowing them to unwind and relax.

I offer loyalty cards, when you get to your 5th service you’ll get 50% off your next service.

I also offer sugar hand scrubs after every service which is complementary to everyone.

I offer manicures, gel and acrylic sets from Short/Med/LONG/XL ETC.

What I’m most proud of about my brand is that it centers around me, but also tributes to one of the most important and memorable people in my life that is no longer with us.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory would be when my mother would sit me and my brother down every weekend on Saturdays teaching us about interviewing for jobs, and learning about credit, etc. back then I didn’t like it but I appreciate those days now as an adult because most parents didn’t do that for their kids and I had the privilege to have that from mom and dad.
