Today we’d like to introduce you to Britney Jocelyn.
Hi Britney, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am Britney Jocelyn, 22 years old, born and raised in Houston Texas. I was always a confident girl and wanted a better life for my family and myself. I started working at an early age to become that better version of myself. My life goal is to get to where I want to be and be an inspiration and an example to all the young girls in our community. I have my own lash business, I am a traveling corporate trainer for Ojos Locos and I am also Miss Ojos Locos Almeda 2022.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. I’ve gone through a lot of obstacles and hard life lessons that have ultimately shaped me into a better version of myself.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a corporate trainer for my job. I am sent to different cities to open new stores and train the new staff coming in. What I love most about my job is meeting new people and helping them learn something maybe they didn’t know. They tell me their life stories and it touches my heart In such a sweet way.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is one of my dad’s birthday parties. My family was all together for what seemed to be the last time. I remember hearing my late grandfather sing my dad happy birthday. We were all happy and we danced the night away…
