Hi Serotonin, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Serotonin, formerly known as Rick glaciers, is a multidisciplinary artist born and raised in Houston, Texas. He began graphic design under his company “UNIVERDGE” and music production during high school as Rick Glaciers… where he’s now matured as SEROTININ, who’ve recently released… “DO IT YOURSELF” on cassette tape and all platforms,
Over time he began screen printing original designs out of his grandmother garage, & embroidering by hand slogans such as I <3 ACID, EAT ACID SEE GOD, WAIT FOR GOD with instruction taught from his girlfriend BRAT…on exclusive one-of-one items.
He’s always using logic pro x plus other softwares to record and produce music that need now distributed physically under UNIVERDGE RECORDS…
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It’s been a tough journey… Supply chain, Family issues, and surrounding yourself with peers of misaligned energy kind of come with the journey to teach lessons… I’ve learned!
Had I known that before… I’ would’ve reserved my access… and harnessed my energy & focus on the things I’ve envisioned on manifesting in private rather than public. (Like I am now) These days I just treat our brand Instagram @univerdge as an archive for designs and sales I’ve been blessed with. Public receipts if you may…
& if you come to understand how to navigate through the hiccups, trials and tribulations, and unforseen expectations…you will realize the progress and result of your initial intentions are worth it, just stick to your intentions and original plans. Your angels will do the rest.

My D.I.Y. Brand Univerdge, established in 2016, has to be my favorite work of art of all time, aside from my 2023 debut album “DO IT YOURSELF”… see both are reflections and references to the state of my perception at the core of my existence.
Facing challenges curating and bringing both to life allowed me to grow a dear appreciation for the process of things I produce and distribute. For example, overcoming failed partnerships, family issues, and supply chain influxes were key into the purpose I’ve acquired to inspire and uplift as many human beings no matter background, age, race, or sexual preference… I think I was placed here on earth to be an example that persistence pays off… on a timing that’s indescribable in words.
So far, I’ve done multiple tours in Texas, two being sold-out dates with Slater and. Cowgirl Clue… one in Midwest America at an early stage in my career, and now I am bringing UNIVERDGE to multiple cities hosting parties… something just came over me to help as many of my fans get to live through for
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Networking is pertinent for expansion and growth… you can use that tool as a way to broaden perspective and learn about different avenues regarding cultures you could have once thought were nonexistent.
The internet is also maybe the greatest tool since the screwdriver… sharing my content and reaching out to my favorite artist has resulted in huge opportunities, some of the best advice, and a broader platform… remember be kind, and never forget your end goal
