Hi Rachel, thank you so much for sitting down with us again. For folks who might have missed our initial interview, can you start by briefly introducing yourself?
I am a 32 year old graphic designer who owns a graphic design company in Katy, Texas. This highly creative and multitalented Graphic Design company was established during a pandemic to turn small business owners vision into a reality.

We specializes in designing custom logos for small businesses, branding small businesses, and going above and beyond to make sure the clients experience great customer service.

We know that graphic design has so many components but which one do you specialize in?
I have a passion for branding. So, I have chosen to specialize in designing custom logos and branding small businesses.

What are the steps you take to arrive to a solid logo design?
I use 7 steps to assist with arriving to a solid logo design:

Define their brand identity
Find inspiration for their designs
Check out the competition
Choose their design style
Find the right type of logo
Pay attention to color
Pick the right typography

Following these steps helps me stay focused on the use for the logo

Why did you choose Rebubble as your vendor for the product you sell?
During the pandemic when I started my graphic design business at home I didn’t have the tools or equipment to produce products on demand. When I started calling various local print shops, they did not offer prints in the quantity of one. You had to order a bulk order and if you used their services for one item it was super expensive. If I would have gone this route it would’ve cost my business an arm and a leg. Also, I would’ve had to markup the prices of the products tremendously to sell to customers in order to make a profit.

Moving forward I started researching for more options that would be convenient and affordable for my clients and I. I reached out to a friend of mine, Ariel about the platform she uses which is called Redbubble.

Redbubble is a global online marketplace for print-on-demand products based on user-submitted artwork. I love how convenient it is. My customers are able to purchase one item at a time or in a bundle. I do not have to worry about inventory, the production of the product, and shipping and handling. Also, Redbubble offers approximately 100 products for us to upload our custom designs on and sell to our customers and clients.

Is running a business from convenient?
Yes, running a business is very convenient for me. I am a single entrepreneur with no children and distractions. This is the perfect time in my life to invest and grow my business.

What are the steps you taking to build your social media platforms organically?
The steps I take to build my platform organically is showing up consistently, engaging with other content creators and followers throughout the day. Also, when I am attending network events, I ask the attendees to follow my social media platforms.

Are you planing on expanding your graphic design team?
Yes, I am working very hard to expand my graphic design team in the near future here in Katy, Texas.

Thank you so much again for sharing all of this with us. Before we go, can you share with our readers how they can connect with you, learn more or show support?
